Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

We use Webex App at work to hold team meetings. The audio of Webex App is aways so crisp and clear. In regard to the video, there is very minimal buffering. It's easy to use and has many helpful features for working together online. Webex App is very consistent performance wise. Overall, my experience with Webex App has been positive.

The main organizational challenges we faced as we planned hybrid work is making sure all team members had access to wi-fi, a comfortable work space and practical applications to make work and communication flow.
The impact ciscos hybrid work solutions has had with our organization is positive. It provides an ease in knowing how organized a a meeting can be set up whether in advance or a quick meeting.
They have experienced great customer service due to the ease of using the app.

Yes

Webex App is well suited for an office and/or at home environment. The audio and video is clear. Webex App is less appropriate in a nosier setting or outside. The Webex App encounters more video and audio issues even with good wi-fi.
