Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

Webex App brings a whole suite of features on the table. Our team uses it to conduct live training and use it for video conferencing. It rarely crashes and has a very easy learning curve. I use for everyday purpose and stay connected with cross teams for IM. The UI is clean so it is very easy to pick up by the new employees.

Overall well suited for a small to medium organization. Easy multilingual support and easier to set up. It would be great for IM usage, with inter team and personal activities like conferences, whiteboarding, etc. The polling system is not as direct as some of the direct competitors.
