Webex App is our main collaboration tool, used to allow communication across voice, meetings and video medias. It is used for internal & external communication and is integrated with other applications including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, ServiceNow and Salesforce.

The main challenge we faced was the ability to share effectively across internal & external sources when users are dispersed, using a wide variety of devices and platforms.
Webex App has a better ability to deliver encrypted, secure communication that the other products explored.
