Overall Satisfaction with Webex (formerly Webex Teams)
My position at Tech Data is to manage Cisco accounts. We use it amongst the Cisco team as well as our method of communicating with our partners. It helps provide us with a quick means of communication with our colleagues and our partners so we are able to communicate and collaborate effectively.

- Great way to communicate and collaborate with partners and colleagues.
- Frequency of the bot Fabian providing updates.
- It has helped me communicate with my partners quickly and effectively.
- Skype for Business (formerly Lync)
Webex is much more user friendly. I can loop in multiple people at a time that are working on a project together and we are able to also remove people that aren't a part of the conversation. Also, we are able to see who has read the messages and who has not.
