Overall Satisfaction with Webex (formerly Webex Teams)
Webex (formerly Webex Teams) is a great tool for us to communicate both internally within our company and with external clients and partners. It's super easy to deploy, and I love how we did not have to make a financial investment right out of the gate to try the solution now. The App Hub Is growing and allows us to do things like send text messages using our work number. That is probably the most important thing as we can communicate with users who aren't even on the solution.
- The ability to send and receive text messages has totally changed how we can communicate with our customers.
The fact that we can use this without a cost was the key to us utilizing this service in the beginning.
