Overall Satisfaction with WebEx Meetings
WebEx Meetings is used by our whole organization to conduct meetings both between offices and with other organizations.
- Solid connections with minimal lag.
- Good tools on sharing screen information.
- Easy to create meetings.
- Remote desktop functions sometimes lock up.
- Audio becomes scrambled at times.
- Solid choice for external meetings and talking with vendors that may otherwise have to come in at a cost.
- Negative is that it is hard to monitor who is using it to conduct business.
Better for multiple meetings but less compatible for one on one support.
