Overall Satisfaction with WebEx Meetings

It is used across my organization, very useful and comfortable tool to manage web meeting and especially technical screen sharing activities

Pros

  • several options to connect sound and visuals
  • several options to operate a multiparty meeting to the convenience of everyone
  • streamline sharing without many hickups
  • option to record a meeting and or a screen sharing session for further analysis (for example for helpdesk centers)

Cons

  • hiccups and frozen sessions do happen from time to time, but not often.
  • support of customer was improved significantly as well as agent training due to session recording analysis. but I cannot quantify it by numbers unfortunately
