Overall Satisfaction with WebEx Meetings
I use WebEx meetings to hold and participate in meetings with one of our largest customers, a Big 3 Automotive manufacturer. This allows us to share information from anywhere in the world. WebEx is used by all within my department, Project Management.
- Sharing Drawings
- Sharing Files over various formats, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, PDF, etc...
- Allows independent Call-in's
- Some things I would like to see improved are less numbers/options for call ins. Seems like you can call into many different numbers and it does get confusing.
- Some other things I would like to see improved would be a user friendly app that could be used from your phone. This would allow complete mobility with the software.
- Some positives are the fact that we are able to keep guys participating in the meeting in the office, saving on travel expenses. This allows them to immediately spring into another project if needed.
- Another positive is the fact that you can show drawings immediately instead of mailing them to someone, saving on shipping charges.
Webinar and GoToMeeting are two similiar products. While they are similar, they are not nearly as easy to use as WebEx.
