Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
Webex Meetings is being used daily by the whole organization. It helps us schedule important meetings to discuss issues immediately without the need to meet in person and to show participants these issues.
- Screen share is very easy
- Ease of access makes it easy for all participants to join
- Option to have Webex call you at your number is great and convenient
- The audio quality is lacking
- Some participants that try to join are inundated with too many instructions on how to join a Webex that they get frustrated
- Participants get dropped in the middle of a Webex and are forced to rejoin multiple times throughout the meeting
- Increases the efficiency of our job site when working properly.
- Also decreases the efficiency of our job site if users are unable to connect or keep getting dropped on calls.
- Zoom
I had no choice in making Webex Meetings our provider, but I would choose Zoom instead. Their audio quality is much better and I have never had a dropped call on a meeting with them. They are also easier to use for most people, however, they are more expensive than Webex.
