Subpar Service
Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
We are a virtual company so online conferencing is our lifeblood. The WebEx product is very buggy and the service is horrendous. Audio on calls will randomly start sounding robotic. It took me 8 attempts (email/phone) to get a reply from my account manager. Every time you have an issue you submit a ticket, but it takes 2 days for someone to get back to you (long after the meeting is over.) By far, the worst service and support I've experienced with any technology platform we have licensed. I thought we couldn't go wrong going with a well-known brand but it turns out I was wrong.

- My team was frustrated and embarrassed by the quality of the conferencing

- Clients stopped using it (embarrassing) and asked us to use their Zoom dial-in instead

Zoom is more intuitive and service is superior. The interface is better and the service is 1000X better. I have an account manager who will respond to my calls, emails, and texts. So much less red tape. We love the audio transcription feature and the "green screen."
