Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

We are a virtual company so online conferencing is our lifeblood. The WebEx product is very buggy and the service is horrendous. Audio on calls will randomly start sounding robotic. It took me 8 attempts (email/phone) to get a reply from my account manager. Every time you have an issue you submit a ticket, but it takes 2 days for someone to get back to you (long after the meeting is over.) By far, the worst service and support I've experienced with any technology platform we have licensed. I thought we couldn't go wrong going with a well-known brand but it turns out I was wrong.

Zoom is more intuitive and service is superior. The interface is better and the service is 1000X better. I have an account manager who will respond to my calls, emails, and texts. So much less red tape. We love the audio transcription feature and the "green screen."
WebEx is a mediocre product, with extremely poor account management and customer service. There are plenty of better, cheaper solutions. Do not choose WebEx if you expect your providers to care about your business. Unless you are a Fortune 500 brand you will not be on their radar and you won't be able to get your most basic account management needs met. I had a question about my contract and why it was extended 5 months beyond the original term and it took 3 weeks and many attempts to even get a reply. It feels like they were purposely trying to be shady by locking us in for a longer contract when we added a couple seats.
