Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings

We are using Webex Meetings for our whole company as the main video conference method. It is being used for both internal meetings and meetings with vendors, customers, and providers. It works well for sharing screen content and at the same time, people can see each other remotely.
  • Screen-sharing remotely.
  • View each other remotely.
  • Works well for different devices, such as PC, mobile devices.
  • Not sure if this is a Webex issue or not, but Cisco's room kit doesn't work well for the audio/mic part. =
  • Integration with Outlook seems not working very well sometimes.
  • It would be great if a user could choose which party will be the main one.
  • Very good ROI considering Webex can provide to the business.
  • Convenient for users.
  • Can be used for international offices/users as well.
Comparing with Adobe Connect that we used before, Webex is much more convenient to use and user-friendly. Performance is also much better than Adobe Connect. The application issues, such as screen freeze, are much less frequent than with Adobe Connect. Starting a meeting is also much easier, and meeting management works better.
We didn't experience many issues with Webex. With limited technical support experience with Webex, it seems working well, considering the response time and solutions provided. Looking forward to see Webex will integrate the facial recognition technology to it so people will be able to tell who is who easily during the meeting:).
Webex supports almost all kinds of devices and can be used almost anywhere in the world. It works great for internal meetings and meeting with clients, vendors, and providers as well. It supports almost all the browsers and operating systems. All the features provided by Webex make people's daily a lot easier, especially for those who need to communicate with others who are remote most of the times.
Webex is well suited for meetings with remote parties, which need screen sharing and also prefer to be able to see each other. Sometimes remote control is needed and Webex can do that very well. Also, different devices can join the same meeting without issues. For international users, they can dial in using their local numbers.

Cisco Webex Experience

We have been using Webex as our online meeting application for both internal and external users. It is integrated with Outlook and can be scheduled using Outlook calendar without having to schedule the online meeting separately. The Webex meeting client make it even easier to track the Webex meeting and get reminder automatically for each scheduled meetings.
In addition to the regular Webex online meeting, we also integrated it with our conference room video systems using Cisco room kits and Cisco Spark phones as well. They works together very well and can pop-up up coming meeting automatically.
All Cisco Webex meetings can be password protected and participant management is quite convenient. People can share their contents easily and video/audio quality are pretty well. The personal room feature is very useful for frequent team meetings.
