Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
I use it primarily to screen share with clients who have a difficult time with electronically signing documents. Using the screen share option accompanied with the live VoIP call, it has really streamlined the process of e-signing documents when the customer is experiencing difficulty. This has been particularly useful given the restrictions on human to human contact in the past year with COVID-19. As people were hesitant to venture out and see houses, we brought the houses to them in the convenience and safety of their own home. They were able to relax in their residence and allowed us to get in, tour the property, and get out. Yet another advantage to using this software product was the ability to screen record while screen sharing. This has been paramount in my business because the client can go back and review the information.

It's particularly useful when dealing with clients that are not as tech savvy as we would like. Also helps with clients who may be purchasing a product from out of state and meeting in person wouldn't really be efficient or possible. Really does save us tons of time when doing tours of properties because we can get in, see what there is to see, run through all the details of everything, and be out the door to the next one while they just pay attention. Also helpful if clients are stuck somewhere and can't make the appointment, we can bring the appointment to them.
