Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

Webex Meetings is the main online meeting application that is being used inside our organization. During the corona situation, all employees were working from home, which made us totally depend on Webex Meetings in our conversations with each other and with customers we support. I think we didn't face any issue using Webex meetings from day one using it. The user interface is very easy even if it is your first time using it. You can simply customize the settings, share, and control the partner screen. I personally used Webex Meetings to fully manage three projects in the information technology fields from the kick-off till project delivery.

Using Webex Meetings

Evaluating Webex Meetings and Competitors

Webex Meetings is very easy to use even for the new customers. Remote controlling the partner desktop is better and doesn't require high network bandwidth. The video and audio quality is better.

Webex Meetings Reliability

In our organization, we are using it in all our departments and in all our branches over many countries.
Personally, I didn't face any issues regarding Webex availability. It is always available when needed. We are using it for mobile apps, desktops, or online using the browser. It is always available and easy to use.
Webex Meetings performance is the best compared with any other competitor software, it doesn't affect the system performance, it is available for all platforms, very simple to use, integrating with other systems is not affecting the performance or resources, pages load fast, and it's the best in recording meetings. It is the preferred tool for our customers when we suggest a meeting.
