Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

We used Webex Meetings in our last organization where we helped users set it up. The experience was very good and helpful. Over time, improvements were very good. It was used in our organization during the lockdown. Connecting via the cellphone audio call feature was the most helpful part in tackling internet issues. With the increased use of it, work from home stress was released. Many other users have reported positive results of Webex Meetings' features.

  • Video conferencing.
  • Capacity handling.
  • Audio clarity while multiple people are speaking.
  • Add a more quick function shortcut to make it easier to use.
  • Audio video quality improvements.
  • The registration and check-in process could be improved.
  • Improved supported integration.
  • Efficiency improved while adapting the work-from-home culture.
  • Training new members was quite easy and quick.
  • Would not be able to streamline and fast-track projects without the help of Webex Meetings.

Registering and joining a meeting at the last minute is the most critical, so making this process easy and quick should be the priority. The video conferencing capacity can be improved, the after meeting summary/follow up can be improved, and also where it gives details of the participants. This last point is a particular scenario we faced post-meeting that was difficult to handle. However, Webex Meetings' security receives the full marks.
