Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

We used as a collaboration product to offer to our customer, but also, we do frequently use Webex to meet, we have Calendar and CVI integration which is great since it allow us to join even to Microsoft meetings if required. Great tool, very intuitive and easy to use, amazing quality. Webex is amazing!

Pros

  • Noise cancelling.
  • Microsoft integration.
  • Amazing video and audio quality.
  • Easy and intuitive user interface.
  • Seamless experience across app, web browser, devices.

Cons

  • Transcription and translations.
  • Webex has help us to complete collaboration portfolio, not only because it can be sell as standalone product, but also has increased the possibility to upselling or cross-selling another products.

Webex Meetings Reliability

You can scale the solution from few users to hundreds or thousands in very short time. Meetings and Events can expand from few users to hundreds seamlessly.
It's really unlikely to see Webex service outages. It has happened very few times in years.
Performance is awesome regardless if you are joining from smartphones devices, web browsers or Cisco Devices, it performs great! We have integrated Webex with Microsoft for Calendars and Video Interoperability and the experience and performance you can provide to users when joining a Microsoft meetings is just seamless and works great.
