Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

We use Webex Meetings to conduct various events, management meetings, and a lot of discussion forums. Webex Meetings are used by the entire organization. Well due to a covid-19 lot of stuff is happening online. I generally have taken a lot of KT sessions on Webex Meetings which have been quite useful. Also, we have recorded all the KT session given to peers. So, it has been a quite effective diligent, and ultimate tool for proper and smooth business example.

  • Good sound quality.
  • Very stable and smooth.
  • Sometimes for longer period of time the video quality will not be high.
  • Unable to contact the customer centre.
  • Unable to install Webex Meetings on cell phone.
  • Positive, as the pandemic emerged Webex Meetings has been a very effective virtual tool.
  • We have driven lot of business solution with the help of Webex Meetings.
  • It is very smooth and easy to use.

Business transition, Conference video meet, KT, and Management meetings. Webex teams are less convenient for connecting over the phone. There are various scenarios where I tried connecting my phone to Webex Meetings and the audio was not working. I have also tried to Webex for hiring purpose and it was very effective and convenient.

Evaluating Webex Meetings and Competitors

Very nice audio and video quality as compared to zoom and MS teams. Fast, reliable, and easy to connect. No down sights as I am using [Webex Meetings] for 5 years. Also, destop share and meeting sync is also good as compared to other platforms. I would highly recommend to go for Webex [Meetings].

Webex Meetings Reliability

I had a good experience with the flexibility. As we had various types of projects to deploy across the globe in Hungary, Vienna, Brussels, and Bangalore. It was a very cost-effective and reliable tool to use. We had a large majority of candidates to interview virtually. Webex Meetings helped us to deliver a lot in a short span of time.
I would like to rate 7 as Webex Meetings has been available all the time and has not affected any business continuity as such. There were only a few instances where we had to face some issues with connectivity. But, it was due to the team's upgrade. Overall it's good software.
Performance is good. It loads quite quickly. No complexity, it also supports low bandwidth as well. I have been working from home for almost 2 years and had some network bandwidth issues. But, Webex Meetings has performed really well in such scenarios. It integrates well is MS Outlook and other software.
