Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

Webex is my preferred method for meetings. It used throughout our organization. Being able to set up meetings and sending over the invites has made life easy for us to use, either while at the office, at home or even on the road. I have no complaints with using Webex.

Being able to set up a call with Webex has really helped me when trying to schedule calls with clients that aren't in the same area or even country. This showed some personal capabilities for me and my client and we were able to see each other's emotions. Great job, Webex.

Evaluating Webex Meetings and Competitors

My old company used to use a different tool for collab, but when I came to my new role they were using Webex teams and calling. This was so much more easier to navigate. I liked being able to be on the run and still answering calls and attending meetings.

Webex Meetings Reliability

Yes I have had no problems with setting up a meeting. However, I have had some problems with it dropping randomly when in the middle of the meeting. And having to log back in from being dropped. That is the only thing that I see wrong with using the app.
