Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

Our company is based in different locations, different buildings, instead of moving in order to make a meeting, we use Webex Meetings to make our meeting session. We have many conferences rooms, each one got a recent Webex Meetings equipment, this can be used to make meeting between our different sites, but also audio meeting only or to show some slides to the participants. The solution is very easy to use.

Webex Meetings is perfect for large audience and to organise also quick conferences on the fly. The code deliver during the booking is the easy way to get into a meeting, specially using a videoconference hardware endpoint. It will be fine to find all the options deliver by the software client also inside the endpoint, like the chat for exemple.

Evaluating Webex Meetings and Competitors

Webex Meetings is easy to use, you can book quickly a meeting directly from your calendar. Webex Meetings also provide a high level of confidentiality with a end to end encryption. This is not always implemented into similar products. Webex Meetings makes no difference if you are inside or outside the company into the chat. All the chat are in one location.

Webex Meetings Reliability

Webex Meetings is very flexible and it is very easy to organise a meeting with a large amount of participants, in few minutes you can set a meeting with 1000 participants. It can engage multiple departments each one can have a space dedicated for the collaboration. Each organisation got his own site with address, the only limitation is about the domain, each organisation have only one domain, you cannot used mixed domains, so emails addresses with different domains into a single site.
During all my experience with Webex Meetings, it is mainly always possible to connect and organize a meeting. I check often the status of the infrastructure and it is always with the green signal. I had to face to rare issue, once it was impossible to enroll a new device and it took me 4 hours in order to get it work, I also had problem with an account during an upgrade. Mainly I am satisfy with Webex availability
Webex Meetings performance are very good using hardware, software client or just inside a browser. If your internet connection is fast your meeting will be always perfect. I rarely see any issue inside a meeting even with a slow bandwidth, audio and video are always good. The only issue are mostly coming from people using Webex inside a VPN connection.
