Use Cases and Deployment Scope

This tool is used to conduct meetings with external companies in order to resolve IT issues in our environment. It allows us to work with other companies and share screens and knowledge resulting in increased productivity and/or performance of employees. This tool makes possible meetings all over the world at the same time.

It's ok. There are multiple different tools available on the market nowadays and therefore it's difficult to compare all of them. One of the benefits of WWebex meetings is its popularity - many people know it and know how to use it which reduces training costs for companies that need to use it.

Reliability and Availability

It appears to be a decent piece of software however there is still some room for improvement. Performance and ease of use are some of the factors that can be discussed here. Also, initial setup sometimes takes a lot of time which can potentially be avoided - this would make the initial experience much better.

Scalability

It's difficult to rate the scalability of such a product but it appears to be quite scalable. One bad thing I have to say about it is initial installation time which could be improved - the first use of this product typically takes a lot of time and this is annoying plus it delays the start of new meetings.

Performance

I think I have addressed this in previous comments already. I think there is still some room for improvement especially for initial installation for users that have never used this service before. Other than that I think that performance is acceptable and doesn't differ much from what competition offers nowadays.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is great for meetings and discussions of multiple people from different geographical regions where sharing of ideas is crucial and time constraints are important. It also allows the collaboration of people from all over the world with different expertise and solving multiple complex issues. It's less appropriate for local meetings which can be done in the office.

Decent value for the price.
