Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
Since Covid, we have been working from home, and thus it requires meetings on Webex [Meetings]. We use to use Webex [Meetings] when we had our training, and team meetings with our TL. We used screen sharing [and] emojis to reply and chat [in the] system. We login through our Concentrix email address, which we use to connect to our TL’s meeting. We used Webex [Meetings] on VPN, which causes it to [get] stuck sometimes. But to avoid that, we use to turn off the VPN, then it was smooth. Whenever we connected, it asks to switch on the video or audio or mute it.
