Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
We are supporting the customers via Webex Meetings and all our meetings are through Webex Meetings, it is easy for us to join within Webex Meetings and have given [the] support needed. Another use is the session for presentation of any type of technology we are having. I use Webex Meetings to give handover session[s] and training sessions since the recording option [are available] over Webex Meetings and can be [utilized] Webex cloud or PC storage.

- Simple [to] join
- Flexible ways of join[ing] from any platform
- White boarding needs [enhancement]
- Cross platform sharing is not working currently
- Multi control needs to be deployed
- Improve collaboration
