Webex Meetings ease our daily basis internal meetings and weekly external meetings with our client. Ease to manage, control and schedule the meetings. Make life easier in this pandemic situation. The features like recording, chat and QNA will maintain the decorum of meetings. It resolves our business issues:
* Scheduling of meetings/ appointment is easier with Webex as we can integrate with teams as well.
* Manage and control for the meetings is quite simpler.
* Recording feature helps to maintain the records of meeting conducted to review any time we want.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Conducting a training event it's easy with Webex.
In this pandemic situation connecting with colleagues is a lot easier with Webex.
Recording features helps to those who could not able to attend the meeting.
Manage and controls of the meeting is simpler and anyone can do it.

Cons

I would like to see the feature in Webex which would help to conduct and online examination or quiz.
integration of Webex with Zoom and other meetings app. (Like we had integration with Microsoft Teams)
More chats features to give user healthy experience

It will increase the work productivity as we can collbarate with our colleagues and clients with in one click.
Make life easier with the best calling features.
Bandwidth requirement is less for Webex usage with right ISP connectivity we can see the growth in our business

Microsoft Teams

Webex Meetings can integrate with Teams which is one of the great feature. We can have best of both worlds. We can schedule meetings through Teams using options where Webex Meetings features is available. All the Webex features to schedule, manage and control are included in Outlook which easily integrates with Teams. I would recommend to every single user to use Webex.

Reliability and Availability

With the features that Webex Meetings accomodate I would consider it as 10/10. Since, 3 years I have been using Webex which makes every single meeting very easier. If i need to host a meeting then I would have to click and go. Just one click to join any meeting. If we best devices and better Internet connection we are good to go.

Scalability

Webex Meetings can be deployed in different devices and can be access through browser as well. We can maintain one account in different devices. For big organization Webex can be deployed easily which help each user to experience it's seamless integration and communciation with different departments. For this reason I have considered Webex in organization as 10/10.

Performance

Webex Meetings can be access within a single click. You can join meeting either by app or by browser. If we have good internet connectivity and better devices, Webex works without any interruption. Opening the unwanted applications and unnecessary files will slow down the hardware. To make Webex Meetings work seamlessly we need to close all the unwanted applications and files.

Likelihood to Recommend

Webex Meetings are well suited for Corporate meetings, Education and training events. It is also make life easier by building client and company relationship with all the Webex features. In my suggestion every meetings should be conducted through Webex. Webex should be the norm for Online meetings. So, there is no less appropriate scenario.
