It is very good to use for large gatherings like town hall etc.

as a product, it is mostly available. but sometimes it crashes as well and in most of those cases happen you have an important meeting to start. Sometimes external organization participants find it difficult to join in and it takes time due to that. Once you add a webex meeting link in your invite it never goes away even if you delete that portion from the invite

It can be used as well for large gatherings like the town hall, all-hands meetings, etc. Its spotlight feature is useful to pin users who are talking or needs to be the center of discussion.
