Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

We use Webex Meetings to meet with clients, vendors, and resources. It is a convenient way to help get business done with people who are a distance from you or working from home. We accomplish more in less time since it saves us from having to drive to these meetings or others having to drive to our office.

Pros

  • Webex Meetings are easy to set up, including the invite process.
  • You receive emails that show who has accepted or rejected the meeting.
  • They send reminder emails so you never miss a scheduled meeting.

Cons

  • The flow between the website and app could flow easier.
  • Lack of account information being shared across the different platforms prevents user login.
  • Workspace concept is confusing.
  • We have saved time and energy using Webex Meetings.
  • We have been able to accomplish things quicker than it would've taken without it.
I have tried several of the other similar products and found them close to the same to use. Personally, I liked the features that I found on Webex better than on the others. I like the ease of use and functionality.

QuickBooks Desktop Premier, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
I have never had any issues opening or using Webex at any time.
We use Webex on computers, phones, and tablets. Besides a few issues loading our account on an IPad, we have had no other issues.
Webex Meeting's performance is really good.
Overall, we love Webex Meetings. We have only had a few issues logging into certain devices. It works great for our virtual meetings with others that we need to reach out to. We have had no issues with the meetings themselves or connectivity. We would recommend others try it for their virtual meeting needs.
