Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
In my position, I use WebEx Meetings on a daily basis to meet with clients, prospects, and colleagues within the organization. It really is essential to my job in sales day today. To start, we use WebEx meetings to collaborate with our sales team, business units, as well as corporate training. On the sales side, I use WebEx meetings to schedule virtual appointments, calls, demos, etc. with prospective buyers or existing clients to discuss their accounts. This is valuable as it allows multiple parties to join the session and allows me to speak & share content.
- Allows for sharing content, making annotations, customizable presentation.
- Allows for group trainings and call in which a lot of attendees are required.
- Performs well for team meetings and quick communication via audio & video.
- At times, the meeting audio/video can get glitchy if there are a lot of attendees online and using bandwidth.
- Sometimes, it is hard for my prospects to join the meeting without downloading software or can't get the audio to work for some reason.
- Hard to navigate attendees while presenting yourself.
- Year over year sales growth even during the COVID period and transitioning to Work From Home.
- Defining an onboarding process for new hires virtually as well as increased team collaboration in a remote environment.
- Higher productivity and saving time as I do more meetings online as opposed to in person. Less time is wasted and worked as a result.

The main challenges I faced personally were adjusting to a new model of work and distractions. Being at home instead of the office is a variation from my prior day-to-day so it took some time to work efficient. Also, when you go back into the office, you need to adjust to focusing on getting work done as opposed to chatting and catching up with colleagues all day. The goal was to mesh these two styles together to be the most efficient and effective in our work. WebEx and digital selling tools allow us all to do our jobs better in the current climate.
Cisco WebEx has been the most import tool I've utilized as a digital sales rep from 2020 to current. The way we used to operate compared to now is day and night. Our organization has transformed with so many tools to allow us to sell to our clients in modern day. WebEx meetings went from being a frequently used tool for internal communication to the most important tool we utilize to communicate with clients. I went from only using the chat feature on WebEx to structuring my whole day using the tool. From team meetings to client meetings, everything was based on WebEx. This has really helped me do my job in the current climate.
Some of the benefits I've recognized working in the hybrid model is improved flexibility on where I can do my work, better work life balance, and enhanced productivity. I appreciate having the choice to work from home if there is a day where I am not feeling well. In addition, I believe this has helped my productivity by allowing me to work more hour efficiently with my busy schedule. As well, I appreciate the balance of the energy in office and the quiet at home.
- Microsoft Teams and Zoom
In my experience, WebEx is the best of the bunch due to its clean user interface and the many features it provides to my team/organization. While working with other systems, I never quite feel like it's as robust of a system and there are always glitches & hiccups when trying to use these competitors on occasion.

Cisco Hybrid Work
- Working from an office or other company space
- Working from home
Currently, I've been working the hybrid work model for about a year. After COVID, we worked from home for about a year and a half full-time. Last summer, we implemented a hybrid work model to work from home a few days a week & work from the office a few days a week. At this point, I am in a comfortable routine of going back and forth from the office to my home setup. WebEx has been paramount in this entire experience and really changed the way we do business as sellers. At my company, we even changed my division from Inside Sales to Digital Sales. The transformation and tools we have been provided to work this way have been astounding. WebEx is on the front line of that process. I couldn't imagine my day to day without WebEx now to communication internally & externally.
I believe Cisco offer best in class tools for the modern seller and organizations of all kind. The ease of use to communicate internally, schedule meetings with clients, and take things mobile really set it apart. It also integrates with all our other selling tools which is appreciated. Other solutions I've used don't have the same ease of use or number of function as WebEx does and they are harder to use from my experience. I also like to have everything I need on the go, so the mobile component is huge. WebEx offers an easy and simple to use app which gets the job done the same way it would on the computer.
