Use Cases and Deployment Scope

After the pandemic, the entire work scenario has shifted 360 degrees where most of the time we are connected to our client's colleagues and different stakeholders via WebEx. It has become an integral part of daily productivity tools where different meeting discussion theme engagement and other fun events which we take for employee engagement and to connect with our client for requirements and special it plays a very important aspect as a product. Overall communication in the hybrid model is taken care of by WebEx we have in using it over a period of time and have seen them bringing a lot of new features which are very important and Critical like Breakout rooms and emojis for large audience hosting and creating polls and different animations. Overall the performance has been quite effective and what makes this product stand out is the convenience of using and logging in to the product with the simple link no fancy Way Or Complex in terms of joining the meeting sometimes I feel simplicity is the effective way to design a product because the purpose is being full filled with the simple designing aspect instead of keeping it be more complex.

Zoom Video Webinar

Zoom is also a group product that offers different applications and is effective in its own term but recently or in the past there have been certain security concerns with Zoom so my personal choice is that I go with WebEx from the security standpoint.

Reliability and Availability

So personally I have never faced any kind of meeting unavailability issue while scandaling meeting with WebEx the bandwidth is really good and in terms of application performance the same is my opinion what I mentioned for availability it is good and the objective of communication is quite fruitfully achieved with a simple and effective product like WebEx which is often bundled with the purchase of course which is which we have at our company and great discount is being offered so it is easy on our pocket. I really don't have any specific errors which have faced I should mention over here the operation or application uses is quite smooth.

Scalability

Yes scalability is never an issue when dealing with WebEx I have hosted around a meeting for almost 400 + participants at the same time and the performance was never down and it lived up to the standards of Cisco by consistently delivering the value communication platform Where bleachers are less impacting the way I communicate and overall interaction options like live polls chat whiteboard really helps in terms of effective communication in the virtual ecosystem. So justifying the rating given as where all the functionality needed for communication is simple.

Performance

So whenever I have used it for presentation or meeting purposes or demos mostly things get loaded in quick succession of time but the only concern I have is with respect to sharing audio-video sometimes I feel the performance goes for the toss when we are trying to share heavy videos which is in super HD quality or HD quality so optimization of specific video content will be really helpful in terms of WebEx platform so to avoid any while presenting the videos to Client or different stakeholders.

Likelihood to Recommend

I have used multiple applications when it comes to connecting with or communicating on the daily transaction but WebEx has been consistent in terms of simplicity and the same time delivering the quality of consistency while being on meeting and even if a large audience is invited for webinars and discussion the quality drop or issues in terms of product usability I have personally never seen it so I think overall it's a great product and well suited for your daily communication and engagement needs full stop it is less suited when you want to do a kind of a webcast because after certain threshold I am not sure this is the right platform which would like to go with in terms of broadcasting.
