Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It's our official mode of communication with client. In past we use free version which limit the number of user in call. But to overcome this issue our company buy paid version so mode user can be included in call. It's best tool to have communication with client as you can share most of the things with client without having any issue. Now everyone in our company use Webex to have better communication with clients.

With paid version user can schedule meeting for more than 30-45 min if required
More user can be added in paid version with longer call time
More clear voice and easy to use web interface

Sometime it takes too much to login into account
Once clicked on join meeting it takes much time to join the call
Need to add more better chatting function and file sharing things

No need to wait for client approval mail, at one click you can schedule call to get instant approval

After scheduling your meeting you can also reschedule or make changes in call timing or your call agenda. Just one issue with Webex that sometime it takes much time to join the scheduled call otherwise all things are great.

It's best tool to have clear voice call with client with easy to use web interface. User can easily schedule recurring meeting with ease which also notify the all user. Sometime if user don't have proper internet connection then he/she can also join by dialing mentioned number. Sometimes it takes too much time to join the meeting which somewhat I think Webex must fix.
