Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

Webex Meetings is my go-to collaboration platform using devices, messaging and calling, hosting and joining. Webex Meetings delivers a consistent and intuitive platform to communicate across several different mediums and technologies. The product offers a portfolio of device options and joins different methods together making it easy to work in a hybrid environment.

Webex Meetings is the only platform that extends its services and enriches its value by building its own devices that are available to consumers. This allows Webex Meetings to leverage security that spans the entirety of the join process. Webex Meetings can push updates to their entire portfolio and it can be managed across all devices and clients from the control hub.

Would you buy Webex Meetings again?

Yes

In my career, Webex Meetings has only ever failed me once due to an outage. This happened to be during a Townhall keynote provided by our CEO. There was little room for error and a failure at a regional DC happened to occur minutes into the keynote. This was easily recoverable but it left a long-lasting impression on the executive team. I however received root cause analysis from Cisco within 24 hours, which reinstated faith that Cisco is able to deliver a quality service with reliability.
The application is modular. The features and functionality can be turned on or off depending on what the customer needs.
The join times can occasionally be slower than desired. This is often due to updates.
Webex Meetings is able to scale its offering to fit most use cases and feature requirements. Simple 1:1 calls or small team meetings can be scheduled and hosted in seconds. The same scheduling workflow can then be followed to create meetings or training with dozens to hundreds of attendees. Those attendees can join and receive a consistent user interface and features regardless of their platform or method of joining.
