Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

We use Webex meetings as our go-to meeting space. We resell Webex as well. We share files, talk about issues, ask questions, etc. We even communicate with our Cisco reps in the Teams space. I am a new employee at Lumen, so I haven't seen any business problems as of yet. I have seen some of my clients have issues with the ticketing system, but Cisco is already on top of it and working out the issues.

Pros

Cons

  • Too many sites to find answers. Should be in one common site.
  • You can't go back if you do not pass a test to retake the course, and there isn't somewhere to investigate the answers.
  • Saves employees using Webex hours searching for files that are sent via email.
  • All Cloud based so no need for on-prem assistance.
Better Quality Easier to use Companies don't need to purchase MSFT 365 to use.

Again, since I am new to the company, I haven't seen any disruptions or outages and have been able to use Webex any time, anywhere I have needed, with 0 issues.
Because Cisco is our partner, we work together to ensure deployment is stress-free and successful and work together on handling any issues that arise to create a streamlined process that will not affect our customers.
Everything is very quick and real-time. I have not had an issue with any areas, even reporting, where I have seen latency.
I am actually going to be focusing on my old company to sell Webex to them. They get between 300-500 emails a day. Using the Teams space for some of the emails that get sent daily will really improve productivity for them. They will not have to search through emails to find files; they can simply search in the space for what they are looking for.
