Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

We schedule and attend online meetings, share files, and collaborate in real-time. Some of the common business problems that Webex Meetings solve include the need for virtual collaboration among remote teams, reducing travel costs, increasing productivity by enabling efficient meetings, and facilitating effective communication among team members. Our organization uses Webex Meetings for internal team meetings and also for external client meetings or webinars.

Pros

  • Schedule meetings.

  • Share files.

Cons

  • Improve Webcast broadcast. In some cases, the images are unclearly and have little overexposure.
  • Improved productivity.
  • More meetings with teams.
I selected Webex Meetings for internal meetings with team colleagues and external meetings for other organizations. And also for sharing files with members of internal organizations. Webex Meetings offers robust security features, including end-to-end encryption, multifactor authentication, and secure guest access, which represent a key factor for our organization. This makes it a secure platform for conducting sensitive business meetings and sharing confidential information.

Because I use Webex Meetings every day, It's fit for our needs.
Because It improves our member's performance.
In my opinion, pages load very quickly, and it does not tend to slow any other software or systems.
Webex Meetings is well suited for sharing files with other members of teams and for broadcasting like webinars. Also, it is well suited for planning tasks. It is less appropriate when you want to broadcast a webinar for more than an hour because it will become a little unclearly and overexposed.
