Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

We use Webex to streamline operations and continuity of business across the globe. My customer uses Webex to deliver care, content and facilitate a full hybrid work environment.
  • User Friendly
  • Capabilities/ Features within the Meeting
  • Invite and remind features
  • Host controls are intuitive
  • ADD CHAT TO WEBEX DESKPROS,DX80. This is my bane as I training the VA around Webex and can never see the chat
  • Breakout recording, I know its available soon ( hopefully)
  • update training @ golearn and other customer facing outlets. At WWT we are constantly creating our own quick reference guides to support
  • Putting help content relevant to FedRAMP in the Webex App like MS teams does. Users get lost with commercial features when going to help.webex.com
  • Continuity of business
  • Connecting spread out teams (remote)
  • Needs to integrate better with other FedRAMP applications. MS Teams has proprietary apps in their "Teams App" making webex weak in that area.
Better features but MS integrates with O365 and its hard to pry people away from that. I love the before, during and after experience of Webex. If your team/customer adopts webex its amazing. When you have selective groups using it can be a pain sometimes (Not Webexs fault)

Do you think Webex Meetings delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Webex Meetings's feature set?

Yes

Did Webex Meetings live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Webex Meetings go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Webex Meetings again?

Yes

Sometimes I have issues with connecting my Deskpro to my meeting and have to leave and rejoin a few times.
SSO can be a challenge. You are not able to have multiple sso instances in one controlhub ( that I am aware of)
Load time is quick, pending reports download is nice, and find it easy to navigate.
Well suited in a true hybrid environment with endpoints in conference rooms, webex app on computers and people using all of the capabilities to work remotely.

From my experience we keep losing in Higher Ed and k-12. We need to ramp that up. The canvas integration is great (other LMS too) but the interface is challenging for kids.

Cisco Hybrid Work

  • Webex Meetings
  • Webex App
  • Webex Calling
  • Webex Webinars
  • Webex Events
  • Cisco Webex Room Series
  • Working from anywhere (e.g., coffee shop, airport)
  • Working from an office or other company space
  • Working from home
We have all other Hybrid solutions implemented to support Webex. VDI and VPN would be the only other thing but it was effortless in relation to Webex.
Visibility to people working from home. Missing that "water cooler" conversations. Keeping people connected with Video as most people keep it off.
Allows us to work with our customers during and after normal business hours using the Webex App on my mobile device. Sharing and uploading content from my phone to the app and then to my computer is really easy to do and I almost prefer sending photos or documents to myself from my cellphone in the app then opening it on my computer.
POsitive connections, faster time to assist our customers, instant video chat when needed, messaging from my computer/phone at anytime.
Love the Security first approach and I love the quality of my home equipment. I run my meetings off of my DeskPro. The huge second monitor is awesome and I love the swipe up interface. I have saved some web apps on my deskpro so I can quickly reference them.
