Webex Meetings as having a user-friendly interface that’s intuitive for people familiar with video conferencing tools and with features easy to locate and operate. Webex’s user experience can feel somewhat dated or slightly less intuitive compared to some newer tools in the market. but it's a matter of learning curve, habit, context and preference.

Like all communication tools, minor service degradations or maintenance windows do occur from time to time, though they’re typically not long or globally severe. Meets needs reliably with only occasional interruptions. Better on desktop/wired connections; some edge cases on mobile or under unique network conditions, just a subjevctibe opinion.

It helps connect easily across time zones, flexible, enterprise-ready solution that can be deployed across multiple departments, regions, and usage patterns without major scaling issues for most organisations. IMO it can be deployed across departments, geographic regions, and varying organization sizes without major issues. Webex scales well from small teams to large enterprise deployments.
