Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
Webex is used to large scale meetings such as broadcasts, townhalls, all-hands etc, where participants dial in from around the world. With Webex, I believe scaling is unlimited and haven't had latency issues ever. I'm aware the participants use either browsers, apps from both desktop & mobile, to connect quite seamlessly.

- Although this is common, and mainly due to OS related issue I'd want to bring the point of switching between audio devices can be tough sometimes.
- Even with other collab tools we use, Webex Meetings is the only choice for large scale gatherings for global participants.

- Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Amazon Chime
MS Teams works for smaller meeting audiences, is sometimes slow and works well most of the times for internal audiences only. Zoom and Chime are not widely used by audiences we tend to work with. Webex Meetings leads on both above occasions. It simply is easy to setup and host Webex Meetings globally with internal and external audiences!

We have enabled Hybrid Work solution, much before the pandemic, given we are a Global Business. After the pandemic being more dynamic with Hybrid work has become essential. The dynamics is essential to have a fall back communication plan if the primary isn't acceptable by all parties, or has temporary issues with accessibility. In my opinion, the expectation from hybrid work will increase and implementation will be very difficult for those who have not started the journey yet.
Cisco provides end to end products, solutions and services to enable hybrid work and operations for IT enabled organizations of all sizes.
