Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
We are using Webex Meetings particularly to interact and to see the atmosphere of our clients to help them in troubleshooting and taking remote to resolve issues in products. We also use this product in time to time team meeting , conducting trainings and teaching by using Webex whiteboards and multiple features.
Pros
- Webex UI and the available options in one place attracts the most.
- High performance and reliability, barely noticed any latency in meetings.
- Whiteboard, polling, and notes are all super option.
- Easy to connect and environment is highly secure.
Cons
- Not much awareness , very few places I was able to use this.
- There is a need to enable breakout rooms for more expertise.
- Webex gives hassle free experience in dealing with our customer and resolve their issue.
