Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

We are using Webex Meetings from last few years for virtual meetings, Video conferencing, Town halls meetings. we use these tools including screen sharing, virtual backgrounds, breakout rooms, real-time captions, and AI-driven features like noise cancellation and meeting transcriptions. We use this for internal training its helps us in internally training session.

Pros

  • Webex provide clear audio and video quality, even in large meetings or webinars.
  • Webex provide tools for screen sharing, virtual backgrounds, breakout rooms, real-time captions,
  • Mobile applications for android

Cons

  • Mobile application has limited access than desktop version.
  • User Interface is bit complex.
  • Bit pricey for small business
  • Its helps us in client meetings.
  • Price is higher than the other rivals like google meets.
  • Screen recording and sharing helps us in conducting online events.

We use Webex tools for screen sharing for internal trainings. In this way we conduct trainings for our employees, teams. Easily conduct calls with clients. Features such as session recording and accessibility options enhance the training experience for teams. it offers Q&A sessions. Its less appropriate for small business.
