Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

[Webexpenses] is used across the whole organization by various users. It has helped to make invoice processing more virtual, there's no more paper work involved and everything is saved on the cloud. It has shortened our whole invoice payment process and there are also hardly any missing receipts from expenses.

  • User friendly

Cons

  • Better reports from it
  • Blessing in disguise, not sure how we would have coped in lockdown

We don't need physical signatures anymore, it is all automated. Best feature is automatic reminders.

[Webexpenses] is much better for a WFH situation, it allows the [whole] process to be done remotely.
