Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

[Webexpenses is] currently being used across the whole organization to process personal expenses. It allows employees to submit their invoices to managers for approval.

Pros

  • Very quick & straight forward to use
  • Very adaptable to the companies needs
  • User friendly

Cons

  • Could be a little quicker and simpler to download the receipts
  • Easier to keep track of approvals
  • Mobile App makes it easier for receipts to be scanned instantly so their are less missing/lost receipts
Pretty quick & simple to use.
Submitting expenses is very straightforward however extracting the reports after approval could be made a bit simpler
Support isn't very personable but there are lot's of guides to use to figure out the system yourself
[Helps] you to automate expenses claims submissions and approvals and currently testing out the invoice processing features
Quick & easy to use, user friendly, easy to add new users, ability to process via mobile
May not be very time efficient to use in larger companies with lot's of employees
