Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Our company uses Webexpenses for submission of employees expenses under work and it's used by all the employees that need to claim their expenses on a monthly basis.
  • Easy way of tracking expenses
  • Reporting
  • Allocation of expenses categories
  • Some changes done to users won't apply until next submission, so for example a claim approval could not be done by the right person
  • Positive impact so far
  • Time saving, and time means money
As said before, the platform it's being really useful to manage our employee's expenses, the rate overall is high
Our account manager is always very supportive, contacting us frequently to see how things going and the customer service team is very prompt to respond to all the queries, if they occur.
We have customized reports for all of our divisions in the platform that we use to import the data into our account ledger and track payments.
So far, Webexpenses is meeting all 3T's requirements in terms of the uses of the software.
Webexpenses is a great platform for claims submission. We don't fully use the software, but for the applications we use I can't really say anything negative about it.
