Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

[Webexpenses is being used for] full expense Management. The solution has provided automated expense approvals and analysis.

Pros

  • The mobile app makes it easier to take a photo of receipts then and there for upload.
  • Automation of approvals

Cons

  • Ability to amend descriptions and other details as an approver rather than rejecting the claim
  • Increase in productivity
Easy to use and to setup and add/remove users etc.
The [Webexpenses] support was always there when we needed it
