Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

The Webexpenses is used for our credit card charges and Netsuite Reconciliation. So far, it does the [reconciliation] and all users are happy with the process.

Pros

  • Netsuite Integration
  • Bank Rec

Cons

  • Not all credit cards are supported like AMEX
  • Time Saving on expense managements
It is a user friendly and [Webexpenses is an] easy to use software platform
The consultant is very helpful and keen to help
Due to the auto data feeding, all credit card transactions are pretty easy to use.
The sort of expenses are not that automated yet. Would love AMEX etc transactions be auto feeded.

If the organization uses an ERP System, I recommend [Webexpenses] as an expense and credit card solution
