Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

It is used within the whole organization for managing expenses

Online access to receipts is v good for queries as you and the administrator can both be looking at the same information
Approval process is tight and secure
Real time understanding of where your claim is in the approval chain

Reminder hint of password for users as they often forget as using this app not very often

It is excellent for tech savvy people. The only downside is people less technically minded with their mobiles etc

Always respond quickly and helpfully

I have not reviewed another products at this stage

Well suited to simple repetitive claims like train tickets.

Less appropriate on mileage as people use different routes than the mileage advised by Webexpenses
