Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

My client uses Webexpenses across their organization. They have employees mainly in Europe and use it for an expense management system. It enables the client to submit everything electronically and do away with bringing back paper receipts to the US.

Pros

  • multi currency
  • phone app
  • customer service

Cons

  • sometimes too many options
  • international employees became paperless
We love Webexpenses. I've recommended it to a few clients and two have signed up.
Prompt and quick. Rita has been fantastic
WebExpenses is hands down 100% better. Expensify is terrible and I would never recommend it
user friendly
