Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

It is being used by the department of staff expenses like mileage or accommodation so that employees can claim these expenses.

Pros

  • Fantastic for claiming mileage expenses.
  • It has a handy app.
  • Allows to input a lot of details and notes.

Cons

  • Looks complex first time you use it.
  • Requires taking time to learn how to use it.
  • No wizard style (step by step) input system.
  • Effective way of claiming expenses.
  • At times complex and not intuitive. Sometimes I feel I am wasting my time trying to find out how to use it.
Very good but could be improved to make things simpler and faster.
Do not know as I have not used it.
I used to claim by writing an email to head office before.
Despite working very well and allow recording a lot of information, handy app and good looking interface, it is somewhat complex to use and understand at times. The app would not work very well in my old android device. No wizard (step by step) input for simpler everyday jobs like mileage claims.
