Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is used throughout the organisation so that we can claim any day to day expenses. It makes it easier for everyone to use the same system.

Pros

  • Easy to use.
  • You can see previous claims.
  • Easy to approve another users' expenses.
  • Tells you the status of your claim.

Cons

  • It would be good if the mobile app worked the same or similar to the web version.
  • Uploading of receipts on the web version could be a little easier.
  • Everyone is reporting on the same system
  • Quick and easy to use
It is easy enough to use, but could be made a little easier in certain areas as mentioned previously.

The mobile app is very easy to use, it's just a shame that you can't edit a claim before you submit it or see it after you've submitted it.
