Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Currently being rolled out across the whole company, department at a time. Cuts down on the bother of keeping receipts from month to month. Very easy to use.

Pros

  • Easy to enter exact mileage via Google Maps.
  • No more having to keep receipts for a month without losing them.
  • Expense history easy to see.

Cons

  • There can be a lot of editing required. Can the software be updated to stop the need for this?
  • If it could save repeated routes for milage it would be easier
  • Positive by way off efficiencies with time management for the expenses team
  • Positive by way of reviewing trends across each category
It is fairly user friendly and easy to navigate. It is very beneficial to the user as each entry can be done instantly 'as you go' so to speak without the need to wait until the end of each claim period to input all entries for that month or week.
Excellent support.
I imagine that cost and performance would have been what tipped the balance for you.

Overall i think it is a good app that does not need much by the way of improvement other than the items i previously suggested. One thing though that may be a bug is that when entering a journey on the milage map it suggest you are altering the route even though I am not. It then can have trouble saving that entry as it comes up as fault. You can then go on to enter the same journey on a different date with no issues at all which is confusing.
