Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

The Webexpenses platform is used across the whole company for all company expense spending for both company credit card and out-of-pocket transactions. All users have a company card and access to the smartphone app, or a laptop/desktop computer. The remote feature to use your smartphone camera to capture receipts as they are given makes for an easy experience.

The website usability is slightly lacking. Adding receipts to claim lines on the website can be difficult as it is hard to view photographed receipts. Appearance wise it could appear slightly fresher, with larger buttons and tabs for ease of visibility. Adding .pdf records could be easier as it seems to be a bit of a mission to get them assigned to the claim item.
Each month expenses take several minutes as opposed to hours with the use of the app. The onboard AI feature which automatically detects the date, value, and description of the receipt without having to input it manually further speeds the process up. Sometimes it is inaccurate but these values are easily changed.
Important that what was spent, and on what was easily identifiable and able to be charged to the correct department. My company has strict policies regarding who spends what and where so being able to easily sort through all the reports can be a life saver at the end of the month.

Being field-based in the main for my role in the company I am regularly using the company credit card for all incidental requements such as tools, materials, general traffic charges, parking, and meals. Having the ability to photograph receipts as they are given saves time and effort at the end of the month collating and submitting my expense report.

Using Webexpenses

2500 - Every employee who is authorised and registered from all departments across the business will use webexpenses to process their personal out of pocket and corporate credit card claims for the finance department to approve. The business functions could range from HR, Sales, technical, business support, administration, estates, production, management, specialist distribution, manufacturing, and marketing amongst many others.
10 - The finance and accounting department of our business process all claims from each employee every month. Claims can range from small amounts to massive claims. Users must be familiar with remote reporting, computers, laptops, and smart phones. The app and website are very user friendly so most people can work through their claims without issue.

Webexpenses is a very good, user-friendly, and compliant way to claim for a whole manor of purchases for business requirement. The ease of using the automatic receipt logging feature saves time and effort when submitting expenses to the finance department. The app and website are easy to use, and can be delved further into the guys if it to generate ledger reports if required.

Yes - The mobile app is probably the most used feature of Webexpenses that I use. Being field-based for my role in the am required to keep full records of all expenditure when out and about. Taking a photograph of the receipt as it is given saves having to store, collate, and record all receipts at the end of the month.
