Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is being used by the whole organization anywhere in the world.

Business problems that are solved by using Webexpenses:

  • Mileage is automatically calculated.
  • You can copy previous expenses made.
  • Smartphone apps (iOS, Android).
  • Streamlined approval process.
  • You always know at what stage in the process your claim is.
  • Good overall experience, layout and speed.
  • Seamless experience between using a browser or a smartphone.
  • Good reports / dashboard.
  • Notification system can be improved.
  • Receipts upload section is not straightforward.
  • Email reminders can be annoying.
  • Time saved on approvals.
  • Time saved for the workforce.
  • Streamlined process.
I would rate Webexpenses's overall usability 7 out of 10. Webexpenses has a good overall feel, with a well thought layout and decent response speed.
Reporting / dashboard section is very detailed and you can create multiple reports, filtering them based on your needs.
Webexpenses is always improving and that is always a good thing.
I have never been required to use Webexpenses's support, I suppose that is a good thing, no ?
I have not used Webexpenses to save time and automate activities like invoice processing and expenses approval.
Webexpenses helps me to save time on my business mileage and expenses claims submission.
I would rate it 10 out of 10 based on the previous experience on my previous company expenses system. Mileage calculation based on address and good reporting section are a must for me.
I have used Oracle expenses with my previous employer, very clunky and not easy to use.

Webexpenses is a good company expenses platform where you can easily claim back business mileage and expenses, with easy to use user interface, browser and smartphone accessible. I know that Webexpenses has multiple modules available, unfortunately I am not using them and I am not able to comment about them.
