Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

I use Webexpenses weekly, it saves me tons of time, and let me invest on personal development and team events, specially useful during the remote work times. Previous solution was manually managing expenses via excel spreadsheets and that is not scalable, as we grow the company from 1000 to 2000+ engineers.

Compared to previous tools I think Webexpenses is quite good - I would maybe need some help to set up the mobile app.
Yes, definitively saves time, specially approving small expenses and submitting claims.

Webexpenses is well suited for submitting expense reports for personal usage, but not very useful for team bills and splitting the payments (refunds) between multiple users (imagine a shared bill that is consolidated for review). But it currently allows to tag persons that took part of event and partial bills so there are workarounds.
