Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

We use the system to claim expenses for things like travel, food, office equipment due to covid and phone bills etc.

Pros

  • History of expenses easily accessible.
  • Straightforward to upload expense invoices.
  • Easy to navigate.

Cons

  • Slow website at times.
  • Sometimes has bugs.
  • It saves me time since it is very user friendly. So I would say at least 1 hr a month compared to my previous company.
It is fairly straightforward to teach someone how to use and navigate the page. There is no formal training required so I rate the usability quite high.
There are help sections, a support button on the bottom left and online tutorials. So quite useful.
