Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is being used across our whole organization for all employees to easily upload their expenses. It saves a lot of time, as it is very easy to upload expenses [and] VAT receipts so that it is all in one place. They then get approved by a line manager, and then it [is] sent to payroll automatically. It saves a lot of time [from] filling out paperwork, and is straightforward and easy to use.

[I gave this rating] because it is very straight forward, [you ae able] to see detailed reports and upload expenses with VAT receipts, and it is all tracked in one place. Without this software, it is harder to do expenses [because there] is a lot of administration involved, and it takes up too much time doing it manually. [Webexpenses] is almost an automatic process. You type in what your expense is, attach a receipt, and then, your expense is complete.
I have never had an issue with it.
